Gbokoniyi Community Care (GCC) is a community welfare and humanitarian organization based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through compassion, outreach, education, and practical support.
While Rest-In-Hope Health Services provides preventive healthcare and clinical services, Gbokoniyi Community Care focuses on the social and humanitarian factors that influence health and well-being. GCC exists to serve vulnerable populations by addressing social needs, promoting wellness, reducing hardship, and connecting people with resources that improve their quality of life.

Providing food, clothing, hygiene products, and essential household items to individuals and families experiencing hardship.
Providing backpacks, school supplies, winter coats, books, hygiene kits, and educational support for children in underserved schools.
Connecting residents with healthcare services, housing resources, employment assistance, food assistance, transportation resources, and social services.
Supporting older adults through wellness visits, friendly companionship, community resource referrals, and seasonal assistance.
